Parkinson's UK — A Garden for Every Parkinson's Journey
About this garden
This garden symbolises the journey of living with Parkinson's: moments of adaptation, challenge, hope, and connection. The joyful and inclusive design was inspired by a creative workshop where designer Arit Anderson and the Parkinson's UK team brought together gardeners living with the condition and their loved ones. Bold and vibrant planting offers visual cues, alongside calmer spaces for rest and reflection.
After the show, plans are in place to move the garden to Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital, where it will be cared for by volunteers including the Parkinson's community.
