A large, erect, evergreen shrub to about 4m tall from New South Wales with long, leathery, narrow, mid-green leaves and dense, pale yellow, bottlebrush flower spikes in spring. A handsome and architectural Australian native for a warm, well-drained, sheltered border in a mild garden or cool glasshouse.
