A low-growing perennial to about 40cm tall from calcareous grassland in southern England with finely cut, two-pinnate, grey-green leaves and small, compact, branched umbels of tiny, white flowers in summer. A rare and charming native umbellifera for a sunny, well-drained, calcareous rock garden or limestone grassland garden.
