About
A clump-forming, deciduous perennial grass of variable size but can be up to 3m tall. Erect, airy, silvery to pale pinkflower plumes held above the foliage are produced in late summer and autumn. Its upright to arching, linear,mid-green leaves are 1-2cm wide, characterised by a prominent silver-white midrib and turn yellow to pale brown from autumn into winter.
