About
A large, vigorous, evergreen shrub or small tree from the montane forests of Southeast Asia with broadly lance-shaped, leathery, dark green leaves and small, white to pinkish, cup-shaped flowers in dense racemes, followed by edible, dark blue-black berries. One of the larger tropical Vaccinium, suited to warm, humid conditions in a sheltered glasshouse.
