About
Kniphofia 'Timothy' is a perennial in the genus Kniphofia that bears tall flowering spikes above narrow, grass-like leaves. The flowerheads appear from June to September and are rich in nectar, drawing bees and other nectar-feeding birds. Plants carry upright, torch-like blooms in the genus' typical reds, oranges and yellows. Foliage forms a low strap or clump from which the stems rise.
