Francoa ramosa, the bridal wreath, is an evergreen, clump-forming perennial to around 90 cm tall with large, scallop-edged, softly hairy, tapering leaves and, in summer, branching wands of pale-pink flowers spotted and streaked with reddish-pink markings on white petals. One of the most elegant and long-flowering of the bridal wreaths.
