About
From late spring to midsummer it bears a succession of exotic-looking flowers to 10cm long, composed of white spathes around a yellow spadix. A rhizomatous perennial, evergreen in mild areas, forming a clump of glossy, arrow-shaped leaves. This compact variety reaches 50cm tall. Suitable for constantly moist soil, a bog garden, or pond margin.
