About

A compact, rosette-forming perennial from dry, stony habitats in Basutoland (Lesotho), South Africa, with small, narrowly spoon-shaped, grey-hairy, mid-green leaves and erect, slender stems bearing small, four-petalled, white flowers in summer. A rare, little-cultivated endemic for a sunny, sharply drained rock garden or alpine house.
