About

A low-growing, scrambling annual or short-lived perennial to about 60cm tall from European grasslands and disturbed habitats, with pinnate leaves ending in tendrils and small clusters of tiny, pale lavender-blue, pea-like flowers in summer, followed by small, hairy pods. A native wildflower of marginal ornamental value, sometimes included in wildflower meadow seed mixes.
