About
A trailing perennial, with oval-shaped, slightly succulent leaves. Small purple flowers are sometimes produced in summer. In light shade, leaves are grey-green, but in strong light the stems are dark purple and leaves take on a blue tint, sometimes with purple edges.

CultivationGrow as bedding, in containers that can be moved indoors over winter, or as a houseplant. Plant in moist but well-drained soil or peat-free, loam-based potting compost, and position in part shade or bright filtered light; direct sun may scorch the leaves.
