Sorbus wilsoniana, the Chinese rowan, is a deciduous tree to 10 m producing leathery, pinnate leaves to 25 cm of seven pairs of leaflets that may show good autumn colour, white spring flowers and clusters of shiny, orange-red fruits. A rewarding and handsome ornamental rowan for a sunny, well-drained garden.
