A strong, upright and narrow form of evergreen conifer with a weeping habit, reaching a height or around 6m in ten years in favourable conditions, if left unpruned. Short needles are pressed tightly to the branches, with new growth appearing creamy white before maturing to green.

CultivationGrow in deep, moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun to light dappled shade. In areas prone to hard frosts, saplings may need winter protection until established. See conifer cultivation
