About
Sedum stahlii, the baked beans plant, is a compact, evergreen succulent to around 15 cm with creeping, branching stems and small, fleshy, bead-shaped, glossy-green, hairy leaves often flushed dark red. Small clusters of pale-yellow flowers are produced at the stem tips in summer. Leaves are easily detached but root readily to make new plants.
