About
This mat-forming, rhizomatous perennial to 20cm high with stems branching at the base clothed in narrowly oval, wrinkled leaves to 3.5cm long. Tubular, hairy, purple-blue, hooded flowers with white-streaked lips are borne in loose, one-sided spikes in summer.
