A miniature, compact, rounded fast growing patio rose. An excellent gift for a 40th wedding anniversary. It has small, glossy, green leaves and clusters of double, slightly scented, ruby-red flowers that bloom throughout summer, July to Sept.
About the genus
Rosa can be deciduous or semi-evergreen shrubs or scrambling climbers, with usually thorny stems bearing compound pinnate leaves and solitary or clustered flowers. Flowers may be followed by showy red or purple fruits in some varieties.
