A high-centred hybrid tea rose, reaching 80-120cm, with vigorous, upright growth with large, handsome leaves. Classic exhibition-quality flowers with layered petals unfurl elegantly from early summer to autumn. A worthy selection, 'Jacnepal' is widely admired.
