About

Rhodotypos scandens is the only species in this (monotypic) genus. Glossy black berries follow. In late spring and early summer 4-petalled white flowers 4cm across produced from shoot tips. It has arching shoots and tapered, sharply toothed, deeply veined mid-green leaves.
