About

A deciduous Himalayan cherry of broadly columnar habit to about 35m tall, with attractive, warm copper-purple peeling bark on the trunk and main branches, giving a year-round ornamental effect. White flowers in small clusters open in mid to late spring, followed by small, dark cherries. A choice and ornamental smaller tree for a sheltered, well-drained garden.
