About
A compact, evergreen shrub to about 1m, with dark green foliage, felted white underneath and on young shoots. Dome-shaped trusses of pink, funnel-shaped flowers open in late spring.

CultivationGrow in moist but well-drained, leafy, humus-rich, acid soil. Best in part shade with shelter, but tolerates full sun if soil remains reliably moist; see rhododendron cultivation
