About
Puschkinia scilloides, the striped squill, is a small bulbous perennial with narrowly strap-shaped, basal leaves. In spring it produces racemes of star-shaped, very pale-blue flowers to 12 mm across, each tepal with a darker-blue central stripe. A charming and easy-care spring bulb for a well-drained border, rock garden or naturalised in short grass.
