About
Small, compact ornamental cherry tree or shrub, about 1.2m tall, with small, toothed dark green leaves, to 6cm, bronze-red when young, then with good red and orange autumn colour. Very free-flowering with pink buds opening to white with a dark pink eye, appearing before the leaves in early to mid-spring; suitable for tubs and bonsai.
