About

A rhizomatous herbaceous perennial producing dense clumps of upright stems, up to 80cm tall, sparsely-clothed in oval, pointed leaves. Spidery, white flowers with small, purple spots are produced at the stem tips in ones or twos, in late spring and early summer, followed by orange-red berries.
