About
Pinus armandi, the Chinese white pine, is a medium-sized coniferous tree of open, conical habit to 15 m. Drooping, glaucous, five-needled leaves up to 15 cm long give the crown an elegant, feathery appearance. Green cones ripen to brown and are borne in clusters of two or three, 820 cm long.
