About

A compact, upright, evergreen shrub or subshrub to about 30cm from the rocky hills of southwestern Utah with tiny, stiff, narrowly elliptic, mid-green leaves and small, yellow, tubular, 4-petalled flowers in short racemes in spring. A charming and unusual native for a sunny, very well-drained rock garden or alpine collection.
