This shade-loving phlox, reaching 20-40cm, with spreading, low growth with oval to lance-shaped leaves. Loose clusters of fragrant, tubular flowers with flared petals open above the foliage in blue in late spring to early summer. 'Blue Dreams' adds vibrant colour to summer displays.
