About

A deciduous perennial to 1.3m with rounded leaves, heavily flushed with purple in the sun, turning rusty red in the autumn. Branched, leafy stems support small, rounded clusters of coral-red flowers from mid-summer to mid-autumn, followed by black fruit. Suitable for the middle of a flower border and a good addition to an exotic border.
