About

Peltandra virginica (L.) Schott is a robust aquatic perennial that produces dense clusters of elongated stems topped with slender, arrow-shaped green leaves featuring rounded lobes. In early summer, it showcases narrow green spathes edged with wavy yellow or white margins, which hold small pale yellow flowers. These are succeeded by round green berries.
