About

A medium-sized, upright, evergreen shrub to about 3m tall with glossy, dark green, leathery leaves and large, anemone-form flowers with outer guard petals and a dense centre of red petaloids mixed with stamens in late winter and spring. A bold and striking red-flowered camellia for a sheltered, acid soil border.
