A low, spreading perennial forming wide mats of lance-shaped, wavy-edged leaves up to 7cm long. perfumed, cup-shaped pale pink to white flowers with a yellowish-green eye are produced from late spring into early summer and again from late summer into autumn if the plant is cut back after the first flush of flowers in midsummer.
