About

A compact, evergreen shrub to about 60cm from East African montane habitats, forming a dense, rounded mound with narrow, elliptic, bright green leaves and bright yellow, cup-shaped flowers with prominent stamens borne in summer. An ornamental and unusual Hypericum for a sheltered, sunny border in a mild garden.

About the genus
