About the genus

Neoregelia are perennial plants that maintain their foliage year-round, characterized by a rosette shape and elongated, strap-like leaves. The inner leaves frequently display vibrant colors. In the summer, small tubular flowers appear in dense clusters surrounded by prominent bracts, all located at the center of the rosette.
