About

Narcissus triandrus subsp. triandrus var. loiseleurii (Division 13) is a dainty, drooping narcissus producing pale-yellow to white shuttlecock-shaped flowers with large, swept-back perianth segments and a rounded, bell-like corona. Multiple flowers are produced per stem on stems to around 30 cm. A charming species daffodil for naturalising in short grass or an alpine trough.

About the genus

Narcissus are bulbous perennials with strap-shaped leaves and leafless stems bearing solitary or clustered flowers, each with six spreading perianth segments and a central cup or trumpet-shaped corona. A classic spring bulb for borders, naturalising and cutting.
