About
Rotsilber' is a clump-forming grass, deciduous, but with tough stems and leaves which stay interesting in winter.One of the earlier flowering cultivars, it begins to flower in mid-summer. The leaves have a recognisable silver midrib, and flowers are silvery, tinged red-purple when young, and remaining attractive into the late autumn. It has a compact, upright habit, to 1.5m tall when in flower.
