An early-season, multi-purpose apple, traditionally used for cider but also for cooking and eating. Fruits have yellow skin flushed with red, and are ready to harvest from August. Requires a group 1, 2 or 3 pollinator.

Care notes

CultivationThrives in deep, fertile, moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered position. Will not thrive on very acid soils, shallow chalk soils or with shade for more than half the day.
