About
Large, dense, upright, deciduous tree or large shrub reaching approximately 5m in height with stiff, wavy, dark green leaves. Small tulip-shaped flowers are purple on the outside, pinkish-white within, flowering intermittenly over a long period from mid-spring to late in summer, the later flowers a darker purple.
