About
This compact, clump-forming perennial to 90cm tall, with stiff, erect branching stems bearing downy, lance-shaped leaves. From midsummer to early autumn, it produces star-shaped, bright, deep pink flowers in slender spikes to 30cm long; these are particularly attractive to pollinating insects.
