About
Decorative, burr-like fruits appear in autumn and remain on the tree throughout the winter. A large, hardy, broadly conical deciduous tree, which can reach heights of up to 18m+ in the right conditions, with maple-shaped dark green foliage which turns to brilliant shades of red, orange, purple and yellow in the autumn. The bark is fissured, even on younger specimens. Due to its size, this variety is best suited to large gardens and parks or avenue planting.
