A compact, upright, rhizomatous perennial to 30cm in height, with slender dark green leaves to 7cm long. Produces abundant bell-shaped, shell-pink flowers to 2.5cm long, spotted with darker pink dots on the lobes, borne singly or in pairs in summer.
