About

Kalanchoe daigremontiana, the Mexican hat plant or mother of thousands, is an upright, succulent perennial producing triangular-lance-shaped, grey-green leaves often spotted brown, with a row of tiny plantlets along each leaf edge. Pendent, tubular, greyish-pink flowers open in winter. A fascinating and easy-care succulent that propagates itself prolifically from the leaf-edge plantlets.

One of the most diverse succulent genera, ranging from compact houseplants to large, impressive shrubs. Easy to grow in sunny, frost-free conditions.
