About

Incarvillea delavayi, the Delavay hardy gloxinia, is a herbaceous perennial producing a basal rosette of pinnate leaves to 30 cm long. From early to midsummer, clusters of ornamental, trumpet-shaped, deep-pink flowers with a yellow throat appear on erect stems. One of the most reliable and free-flowering of the hardy incarvilleas for a sunny, well-drained border.
