About
Compact, bushy, evergreen shrub about 6m tall, with small, ovate to rounded glossy leaves mostly spineless but sometimes with a few, forward-pointing spines. Good for coastal locations. Clusters of small, whitish flowers are followed by red berries on female plants if pollinated by a male holly plant.
