About
This garden-worthy, evergreen shrub to about 1.2m in height and spread, with elliptic, slightly serrated, dark green leaves. Flattened, lacecap flowerheads have outer, sterile florets with two rows of pointed petals, creating a star shape, purple-blue on acid soil, rose pink on alkaline soil. The fertile, central florets start green, then change to match the outer florets. A purple-flowered selection.
