Hydrangea macrophylla 'Radiant' (H) is an elegant mophead hydrangea maturing to 1�2 m, with broadly ovate, dark-green leaves and large, rounded flowerheads whose colour changes according to soil pH � blue in acidic soil, pink in alkaline. A reliable and showy mophead hydrangea for a sheltered, moist, partly shaded border.

About the genus

Hydrangea are deciduous or evergreen shrubs, or self-clinging climbers, with flowers in clusters usually comprising both small fertile and larger, showier sterile florets. They are grown for their dramatic and long-lasting flowerheads and often good autumn colour.
