About
A clump-forming, semi-evergreen perennial to about 40cm high, forming a mound of lobed, silvery purple leaves with darker purple veining. Loose sprays of small, pale pink flowers are borne on slender stems above the leaves in spring.

Care notes
CultivationGrow in a fertile, neutral soil in light or partial shade, and ensure good drainage, especially in heavy soils. The woody rootstock tends to lift out of the ground over time, so mulch annually to retain moisture, and divide and replant every 3-4 years with only the crown above ground
