About
A compact, clump-forming, deciduous herbaceous perennial with small, deeply-lobed dark green foliage, turning to red in the autumn. Prefers a slightly damper soil than other varieties. Single, cup-shaped magenta-pink flowers with a darker star-shaped pattern in the middle and subtle white star in the centre, appear from June through to September.
