About
A rhizomatous perennial, to 45cm tall, with fresh green, glossy, toothed leaves. From late spring into summer, mauve flowers appear; each flower is paler towards the centre and the petals have darker veins and notched tips.

CultivationGrow in any, moderately fertile soil apart from waterlogged soils. Full sun or partial shade is best but shade is tolerated
