Orthilia secunda is a rare, native woodland plant primarily located in the northern regions of Scotland. This species propagates via creeping rhizomes, leading to the establishment of clusters of dark green leaf rosettes. During the summer months, it produces small, greenish-white, bell-shaped flowers that droop to one side of a curved stem measuring between 10 and 20 cm in height.
