A dwarf, rosette-forming perennial from high-altitude rocky habitats in Central Asia with a basal rosette of ovate to spatula-shaped, mid-green leaves and short, erect stems bearing small, dense spikes of tiny, pale blue or white flowers in summer. A rare Pamir veronica relative for a very well-drained, cool alpine house.
