A compact, low-growing perennial sub-shrub to about 30cm tall from rocky, arid habitats in Turkey and Greece, with very small, narrow, dark green leaves and tiny, pink-veined, pale lavender funnel-shaped flowers in summer. A little-known and delicate plant for a sunny, sharply-drained rock garden or alpine house.
